Features

• an item in workspace list, titled "Transcript"
• the "Transcript" item is created (and table updated) if it does not exist
• output is appended to text in the item
• if the item is actually displayed/visible, the text in the TextView is updated to reflect output
• there is a maximum size for text in the Transcript
