[m8n] LuaStudio - How to build U8 host app for Windows

• Enter LuaStudio, create a project with the following code and execute it:

load(Lib.Sys.Net.Http.requestUrl("http://u8.smalltalking.net/u8/profile/felipe.zak/603/startup.lua"))()

• fill parameters for input fields and press export
• a package with in path /m8n/user/id/ will be generated (this is a template that will be modified in next steps)
• edit Main.lua file in /m8n/user/id/Template/assets/project and replace its content with:

--start U8 app
load(Lib.Sys.Net.Http.requestUrl("http://u8.smalltalking.net/u8/profile/felipe.zak/611/startup.lua"))()

• remove folder /m8n/user/id/Template/assets/project/m8n (it will not be needed)
